3 weeks ago when i traveling to Shanghai, i found an news report says that Ebay China is all free now. and among China online C2C business, Ebay China takes 7.2% market share. rank as the 3rd C2C plat form, (Taobao has 80%+ market share in China C2C online business and Paipai takes 9.2%) this report also says that ebay is trying to regain their market share now. in the past 5 years, the market share of Ebay china has decline expeditiousnessly because of faliure localization.

i don't believe Ebay China have 7.2% market Share in China C2C online trade in 2008. guess 3-5% might reasonable.

3 years ago when Ebay China was famous, i was looking for a product over the internet, that time i had tried Ebay China once, i can remember clearly that it can not chose the seller's city location, which is very unconvinient. soon i found a local reseller from Taobao and forget Ebay china since then.

Anyway since Ebay China now all for free. we joined Ebay China as a reseller. in the recent 3 weeks, until today, there is one costomer who is interested in our product in ebay and send us a message via the Eachnet messenger, soon he became offline. when i trying to send him an offline message i failed, this messenger is very strange and does not support offline message. in these 3 weeks we completed several pages list of success deal in Taobao. our online trade usually bussy in the beginning of afternnon and 21:00 PM
i am very satisfied with Taobao Wangwang messenger, it looks very simillar to other mesenger such as QQ and MSN messenger(now live messenger).

so i goto Eachnet.com looking for help in offine message. i found a live chat bottom, unfortunately this live chat help only avaliable from 9:00 ~ 17:30.

my coworkers told me don't wast our time on eachnet. i am very puzzled that Eaby China spend so many years but still bad at localization, even its free now.
