well. Ufida and Kingdee are the top 2 ERP software provider in china, which one is Number 3 is not know to me.
i had been using and deploying Ufida U8 from V8.21(made in 2003) and later upgraded to V852. and participated a deployment of Kingdee K3 V9.41, now the company i work for is using KingDee K3 V 10.4.

frankly speaking, they both are excellent software with built in management concept that suitable in China. english version also avaliable. compare to others such as SAP. Kingdee and Ufida are very comfortable for mid-sized and small sized enterprise.

there was programming problem all of them. that older version made 3 years ago is not stable enough.
the U8 V8.21 will experience program abnormal about one time every 2 weeks. the client can't login then, the administrator need login to the server side and clear the abnormal thread, or restart the server, but later when i upgrade it to V8.52, the problem has gone. it works fine for 2 month without any problem.
so do the Kingdee k3, the v9.41 also hangs sometime, but not today the V10.4. i didn't experience same problem. but the f-secure antisoftware might kill a file during the install.

so we can think all of them has improved the programming quality to a stable condition now.

the management concept also improves, as well as the gui. there some advance at both side. module has been extended and incresed.

the support from them is good. but some one is better, the second time development of module is highly depend on the support. i had experienced that a company that quit one of the ERP ware and turned to another because it can't provide the development of a module.
