there are expanding in China every ware, 2 of my foreign friends were very impressed by the city's develop " I often see building break down and come up, many roads are widened in several month then break it again. why?"

this company too is expanding.
i had a talk with them, they are very experienced, self-confident and good at communication. these are something that i need improve. one thing is different from other Chinese company leader is both of them speak extreamly fluent English compare to other Chinese.

well, it reminds me one of my German coworkers told my in sad voice when he went to Shanghai brand company: "i thought shanghai is a international city, but why don't they speak English? its hardly to find someone to talk to." "do you speak Chinese?" i asked. "no, i can only say Ni Hao", he still looks sad.

I think many company in China, are driving by such kind of leader, rather some written management principle, so that these company can running in good condition without new means of technology, management or equipment.
